This course is designed to provide you with the basic English language tools necessary to interact effectively and calmly during an inspection at a weigh station.
At the end of this course, you will:
- Understand common questions from the DOT officer.
- Present your documents correctly.
- Respond appropriately in both compliance and violation situations.
You will learn to handle real-world scenarios, such as presenting your CDL, medical card, and logbook (ELD), describing your cargo, understanding instructions during a vehicle inspection, and responding to observations or violations.
